Montfort Hr.Sec School is well known for the various sports activities it undertakes. Games like volley Ball, Basket Ball and Foot Ball promote the values of team work and sporting spirit. Games like 100 – 400 meter running races promote the importance of physical health and fitness. Indoor games such as Table Tennis, Carom, Chess etc helps in the mental development of students. All these activities bring in the fast movement or show the agility of a person and helps in decision making in critical situations.
